Wedding Packages

Congratulations on your engagement! This is an exciting time for your and your fiance to express your eternal love for each other. Let Desert Rose Events relieve all the stresses that come along with wedding planning. It is time for you to relax and enjoy this amazing time in your lives. Here are the packages I provide for all my brides. These packages were created specifically to help your dream wedding come true.

Day-Of Coordination
This package is designed for the bride who has already selected all the vendors and has made all the arrangements themselves. All you need is a wedding professional to tie it all together and make your wedding day run smoothly as you envisioned it.
“Day-Of” Package includes:
Two (three if needed) meetings:
One (1) consultation at the beginning of the planning process
One (1) final meeting to finalize important details

Desert Rose Events will be available to you via email and phone throughout the planning process.

REHEARSAL (The day before the event): up to two hours
Attend and direct the wedding rehearsal
Go over time-lines with the Bridal Party

DAY OF THE EVENT
Verify & finalize vendor information
Create an event timeline for distribution to all vendors & the wedding party
Arrive at the ceremony site prior to the event in order to assure set-up is complete & accurate
Work directly with officiate, musicians, photographer(s), videographer, florist and any other vendors in coordinating the execution of your wedding
Line up family & wedding party for the processional
Ensure reception site set-up is complete and accurate in a timely manner
Place all favors & any other personal items at ceremony & reception site
Alphabetize & arrange escort cards, place table numbers, and menus
Set bridal flutes, book & pen, cake-cutting utensils, etc. in their proper locations
Coordinate the grand entrance to the reception
Work directly with entertainers, caterers, and cake and rental companies to make sure your reception runs smoothly & according to schedule
Make sure all events such as meal, first dance, father-daughter dance, mother-son dance, toast(s), guarder toss, bouquet toss, cake cutting, etc. occur according to schedule
Distribute gratuities and/or final payments to vendors on your behalf
Collect personal items at the end of the event, & ensure that proper arrangements are made for these items
Ensure clean-up of the event is completed in a timely manner

Month-Of Wedding Coordination
This package is designed for the bride who has already selected all the vendors and has made all the arrangements themselves. I will step in the planning process a month before your wedding day and make sure all the small details are completed to your expectations. It is time for you to spend time with your family, so let Desert Rose Events take on the stresses of the last four weeks leading to your wedding day.
“Month- Of” Package Includes:
One (1) consultation at the beginning of the planning process
Schedule/Timeline and checklist preparation
Reviewing vendor’s contracts and coordinating with vendors
Providing information to obtain a marriage license
Ceremony planning
Preparing itineraries, seating list, name plates

Desert Rose Events will be your “Day-Of” Coordinator
Complete “Day-Of” Package is included (See above)

Complete Wedding Coordination
This package is designed for the bride who does not have time to plan their wedding and needs professional guidance throughout the wedding planning process. With my expertise, and your vision, I will work with you to design the wedding of your dreams and guarantee you an extraordinary event to remember for a lifetime.
“Complete Wedding” Package includes:
Two (three if needed) meetings:
One (1) consultation at the beginning of the planning process
One (1) final meeting to finalize important details

Assist with and recommend the following: (but not limited to)
Ongoing consultation & Advice
Budget preparation
Schedule/Timeline and checklist preparation
Assisting with selection & booking of the ceremony & reception venues
Assisting with the selection & booking of the officiate for the wedding
Assisting with selecting a color scheme, them, and style of the wedding
Assisting with the design, printing, & mailing out of invitations for the wedding, bridal shower, etc.
Tracking RSVPs and who will be attending
Assisting with the selection of wedding attire & accessories
Finding, negotiating with and booking suitable vendors
Reviewing vendor’s contracts and coordinating with vendors
Providing information to obtain a marriage license
Ceremony planning
Preparing itineraries, seating list, name plates

Consultation Wedding Coordination
This package is designed for the bride who needs help with the planning process, but has allocated a limited budged for coordinating services.

Desert Rose Events will be available to you via e-mail and or phone to provide expert advice and answer any questions you may have throughout your wedding planning process.

“Consultation” Package includes:
One (1) consultation at the beginning of the planning process
Desert Rose Events will be available to you via email and phone throughout the planning process.
If you decide later to upgrade to a “Day-Of” Coordinator, the fees previously paid will be applied to the “Day-Of” Package.
